You choose a plan or your account pauses. We never auto-charge. Your data stays safe for 90 days if you need time to decide.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfer for annual plans.
What happens if I exceed my estimate limit?
On the Starter plan, AI estimate generation pauses for the rest of the billing cycle once you hit 25. All other features remain available. Upgrade to Professional anytime for unlimited estimates.

Every new account gets 14 days of full Professional-tier access — unlimited AI estimates, code compliance, contractor intelligence, and team features. No credit card required to start.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that time you can reactivate or export everything from your Settings page. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full pro-rated refund. No questions asked.
